Developing, Managing and Commercialising Virtual Estates

Wicoms develops manages and commercialises virtual estates (wi-fi networks that surround the space above and around the real estate property) for the benefit of owners, operators, consumers and service providers. The Wicoms solution works in many different environments including retail, leisure, commercial and educational activities.

We work closely with our owner and operator customers to maximise the income from their virtual estate. We create a WiFi platform with up to 16 separate channels which we then lease to service providers either on a rental basis or on a profit share arrangement, or both, giving them access to their target audience in a managed and targeted approach, increasing their own conversion rates.

We are careful to manage the content that is delivered over the platform to ensure that all stakeholders are catered for; owners, operators, retailers, service providers and consumers.
