WiTrends and User Traffic
Knowing how your customers use the WiFi in your site is important and a good measure of user interest is traffic flows. High volume sites mean customers are interested and that your m-commerce strategy is more relevant and should be focused to sites where traffic is high. User Drill-Down
Wi-Trends can be built to display by hour, day, week or month a report showing each individual user activity. This is a time-stamped report which is often exported into data analysis matched to store sales, product launch events or other facets of business dashboard tracking. DNS Tracking Report
User activity detail collected by Wi-Trends is extensive and this extends down to each individual DNS request, broken out by location and by time. This can then be translated into a report, built per the needs of your analysis, to display unique requests or flags to certain site addresses. This is an example of the powerful range of Wi-Trends tools and in this example the graph based report is used.
