All of our networks, including our plug & play YettySpot product are supported by our comprehensive service offering;
- Venue operator and consumer facing help desk available 7 days a week from 9am-9pm
- Network Operations Centre to monitor and provide remote diagnostics for all our networks
- A full UK wide engineering support team available on call
- Online billing & authentication system to manage and record all activities that take place on the network including time & length of connection, amount of data downloaded and type of access purchased. It also helps with the legal bits that you have to comply with.
- We operate and provide our services under an Ofcom approved Code of Practise
- We are a member of otelO
We actively manage and maintain the network, we look after you and your customers and we make sure the internet experience is second to none!
ADSL Requirements
For our managed services we'll provide a private ADSL service to connect you securely into our Network Operations Centre, through our partner, Maxima. We'll need you to provide a BT line.
