What happens if it goes wrong?
Wicoms operates a helpdesk available 12 hours every day for venue owners andtheir customers who use the network. All equipment is linked to a Network Operations Centre (NOC) which monitors its functionality so if there is a fault the engineering team can diagnose and fix the equipment remotely. We are also a member of Ombudsman Services: Communications, which is the industry’s regulatory body and handles complaints.

There is a cancellation policy in the terms and conditions which are printed on the order form and on the website.

It all depends on the venue – whether it’s indoors, outdoors, has good line of sight and several other factors – but when we carry out a survey we’ll be able to give you a better idea of what can be covered.
